We also offer adult fitness classes for those who are looking to have fun and stay in shape, in a safe and supportive environment. Come join us to move, learn, and have fun.
Adaptive Classes:
Join us for an enriching dance experience designed specifically for neurodivergent kids! Our adaptive dance class provides a safe and supportive atmosphere where kids can freely express themselves through movement.
In this welcoming environment, participants will have the opportunity to explore various dance styles, engage in creative movement, and play fun games with their peers. Our experienced instructors are trained to adapt activities based on individual needs, ensuring that each child feels comfortable and confident while learning.
